ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK Funds) Limited has notified the Company under DTR 3.1.4 R (1) ( c ) that on behalf of discretionary clients it sold a further 222,190 shares for these clients at an average price of 43.67p. The total holdings across these clients, under the control of ING Real Estate Investment Management (UK Funds) Limited, now represents 2.96% of the total shares in issue."
