Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security and surveillance systems, announces it was informed today that following purchases of ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 August 2014, Mr. Peter Lobbenberg and his family are directly or indirectly interested in 1,153,050 Ordinary Shares representing 3.32 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company
