5 February 2009 - NEOVIA FINANCIAL Plc (LSE: NLR), received notification on 5 February 2009 that as at close of business on 4 February 2009 Standard Life Investments Ltd had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares that resulted in Standard Life Investments Ltd holding a total of 9,891,413 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.248% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As at 4 February 2009, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
