On 28 July 2008, the Company received notification from Lansdowne Partners Limited in its capacity as General Partner to Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership, the Investment Manager to the Lansdowne UK Equity Fund Limited (LUEF Ltd) and Lansdowne UK Equity Fund L.P (LUEF LP), together "the Funds", that Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership reduced its holding in the Company to 10,664,000 shares (SEDOL B0FHR59 ISIN CY0000111027), representing 5.99% of the Company's voting rights (on the basis of a total number of voting rights of 178,143,987) and thereby crossing the 6% threshold in the voting rights of the Company. These shares are registered under Morstan Nominees Limited on behalf of the Funds.
