TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification
on 22 June 2009 from Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund ("UK Dynamic") that on 18 June 2009 2009 UK Dynamic were interested in 18,298,072 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in approximately 8.07% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of voting rights breaching the 8% threshold from 17,767,072 shares (under 8%) announced on 5 June 2009.
Please note that the total shareholding of Blackrock, Inc in the Company is now 22,477,858 (9.90%) Shares as at 18 June 2009.
