Vectura Group PLC31 January 2007 Vectura Group plc NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES Chippenham, UK, 31 January 2007: Vectura Group plc ("Vectura" or "the Company")was informed yesterday that Aberforth Partners LLP were deemed interested in9,837,128 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each of the Company, corresponding toapproximately 3.13% of the issued share capital of the Company.
