The Company was informed that Polar Investments Limited ("Polar"), subsequent to the announcement made on 27 December 2007, has settled the sale of 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 95p per share. Following this, Polar holds 5,458,892 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 12.63% of the issued share capital and total voting rights.
