The Board of Vela (AIM: VELA), the investing company focused on early stage and pre-IPO technology investments, announces that the Company was informed on 4 March 2015 that, following the issue of equity announced by the Company on 16 February 2015, John Garner has a notifiable interest in 20,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
