The Company announces that Hawk Investment Holdings Limited ("HIHL"), a substantial shareholder of the Company, has transferred ownership from Mr & Mrs ALR Morton to Morton PTC Limited as Trustee of the Morton Family Trust. The Board of Directors of Morton PTC comprises Albany Directors Limited, Mr Robert Walter Morton and Mrs Susan Margaret Howard Morton. The beneficiaries of the Morton Family Trust are Susan Margaret Howard Morton, Andrew Robert Morton, Edward George Morton, Charles Nicholas Morton and Robert Walter Morton. HIHL's holding remains unchanged at 31,862,481 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing 25.7% of the voting rights.
