Everfor Resources Plc ("Everfor", or the "Company"), announces that on 21 May 2009 it received a notification given in fulfilment of the obligations imposed under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Transparency Rules by Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited, that it no longer holds a disclosable interest in the Ordinary shares of 1p each of Everfor Resources Plc.
Previously Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited was interested in 175,000 Ordinary Shares or 3.54% of the total number of shares in issue.
