On 1 June 2012 the Company received notice from Resource Capital Fund V L.P. ("RCF") that following an acquisition of shares it now holds 51,202,234 Nyota ordinary shares representing approximately 8.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 639,073,263 ordinary shares.
