The direct holder of voting rights in the issuer relating to 15,415,027 shares (11.853%) is Gabriella Investments Limited (GIL). GIL is a controlled undertaking of Quill Securities Limited (QSL). QSL is therefore an indirect holder of voting rights in the issuer pursuant to DTR 5.2.1R(a). QSL is also now the direct holder of 715,554 (0.550%) voting rights in the issuer. 

QSL is a controlled undertaking of Uberior Ventures Limited (UVL). UVL is a controlled undertaking of Uberior Investments Plc (UIP). UIP is a controlled undertaking of Bank of Scotland plc (BOS). BOS is a controlled undertaking of HBOS plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds Banking Group plc.

HBOS plc, through other subsidiary companies, has a direct interest in the voting rights of a further 206,720 shares (0.158%) and an indirect interest in the voting rights of a further 878,873 shares (0.676%), giving HBOS plc and its subsidiaries a direct and indirect interest in the voting rights of 17,216,174 shares (13.238%).
