The Board of Media Corp has today been informed that on 12th August 2011, Mr S Pettman purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company and now holds 13,500,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
The issued share capital of Media Corp comprises 338,548,376 ordinary shares of 1 penny each
