On 1 August 2012 Investec Asset Management Limited ("Investec") informed the ASX that as a result of the increase in the Company's issued share capital, following the issue of new shares announced in June, Investec's holding of 32,029,647 ordinary shares now represents approximately 4.85 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 660,800,913.
