Notification of Holding in Company
Norcon (AIM: NCON), the global communications network specialist, was notified today that on 15 June 2016 Church House Investments Ltd. sold 3,032,278 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the above transaction, Church House Investments Ltd. no longer holds any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
