Chariot (UK) PLC12 April 2007 For immediate release 12 April 2007 Chariot (UK) plc ("Chariot" or the "Company") Holdings in Company The Board of Chariot announces that the Company received formal notification on26 March 2007 from Barclays PLC, on behalf of Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, that,as at 8 March 2007, they had an indirect interest in 5,638,520 ordinary sharesin the Company representing 7.95% of the current issued share capital of theCompany. On 26 March 2007 the Board of Chariot also received formal notification fromGrange Nominees Limited that they had a direct interest in 4,085,000 ordinaryshares in the Company representing 5.76% of the current issued share capital ofthe Company. The ordinary shares referred to above are the ordinary shares of 1 pence each inthe Company.
