Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 19 December 2008 that Cavendish Asset Management Ltd ("Cavendish Asset Management") disposed of 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 December 2008 and 420,000 Ordinary Shares on 18 December, at 33.25 pence per share. Following these transactions, discretionary clients of Cavendish Asset Management are interested in 4,955,000 Ordinary Shares.
In addition, Cavendish Opportunities Fund is interested in 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares equaling and the Cavendish AIM Fund is interested in 1,250,000 Ordinary Shares. In total Cavendish Asset Management is interested in 8,705,000 Ordinary Shares equaling 6.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
