Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 21 April 2008 that following a transaction on 18 April 2008 Jupiter Asset Management has decreased its notifiable interest to 31,056,358, representing 4.73% of the voting rights in the total issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
