("Redhall" or the "Company")
Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 18th October 2010 that, as at 15th October 2010, Prudential plc was interested in 4,421,122 ordinary shares of 25p each in Redhall, representing approximately 14.94% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. This holding follows the transfer of all Redhall shares held by its wholly owned subsidiary M&G Securities Limited to Prudential Assurance Company Limited and Prudential Pensions Limited, both of which are also wholly owned subsidiaries of Prudential plc.
