Holdings in Company
Coal of Africa Limited (the "Company") was notified on 12 April 2013 by Investec Limited ("Investec") that, as at 3 April 2013, Investec held 52,477,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company, representing 5.01 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at that date.
