TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 11 February 2010 from Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd ("USS") that on 10 February 2010, USS were interested in 10,374,100 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing an indirect interest in 4.47% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights reaching the 4% threshold from 8,374,100 shares (3.743%) announced on 13 March 2008.
