Notification of Interest in Shares
The Company was informed on 23rd September 2008 that Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares").
Following this transaction the total Ordinary Shares held by Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited is 2,700,000 representing 4.3% percent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
