Notification of Interest
Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), one of the UK's largest Independent Financial Advisory and Wealth Management groups, has been informed that on 23 May 2008 Nautilus Trustees Limited, as trustee of the Lighthouse Independent Financial Advisers Limited Remuneration Trust, whose potential beneficiaries include certain of Lighthouse Group's Directors, purchased 354,646 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 21.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Nautilus Trustees Limited's aggregate holding is 8,479,646 Ordinary Shares which is approximately 6.64% of the Company's current issued share capital.
