4imprint Group PLC08 January 2008 4imprint Group plc (the "Company") Notification of Major Interests in Shares The Company was notified on 4 January 2008 that Abacus Trust Company Limited,acting in its capacity as Trustee of the 4imprint Employee Share Trustpurchased, on 21 December 2007, 90,000 ordinary shares in the Company, at aprice of 201p per share and on 3 January 2008, 79,700 ordinary shares in theCompany, at a price of 213p per share, for the purpose of meeting the Trust'sobligations to award performance related share benefits to potentialbeneficiaries of the Trust, including Directors and Senior Managers of theCompany.
