The directors of the Company were notified on 22 January 2009 that on 19 January 2009, Solid Brass A.B. purchased 10,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company. Following this transaction, Solid Brass A.B. had a beneficial interest of 229,000 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company, representing 9.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
The directors of the Company were also notified on 22 January 2009 that on 21 January 2009, Solid Brass A.B. purchased a further 1,000 ordinary shares. Solid Brass A.B. now has a beneficial interest of 230,000 ordinary shares, representing 9.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
