TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 7 November 2011 that on 3 November 2011, Blackrock UK Dynamic Fund (the "Dynamic Fund") were interested in 13,343,960 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") representing a direct interest in 5.73% of the issued Ordinary Share Capital of the Company. This notification is in respect of a decrease in voting rights below the 6% threshold from 14,902,818 Shares.

We are informed that the total holding of Blackrock Inc, (including the Dynamic Fund), as at 3 November 2011 was 19,808,378 Shares (including a CFD position of 589,125 Shares) representing an indirect holding of 8.51%.
