·; following a purchase of ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") on 3 May 2011, New Pistoia Income Settlement is interested in 8,850,000 Shares, representing 4.6% of the Company's issued share capital; and

·; following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 3 May 2011, Schroders Plc is interested in 44,085,263 Shares, representing 22.908% of the Company's issued share capital.
