The disclosure made by Prudential plc on 10 June 2013 in respect of this holding in the Company was not received as it was sent to employees that had previously left the Company. This position was identified by the Company as part of its ongoing register analysis on 29 June 2013 and subsequently confirmed by Prudential on 1 August 2013.
