Polo Resources Limited (AIM and TSX: POL) was notified on 13 July 2010 by Weiss Asset Management LP ("Weiss") that Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund and Brookdale International Partners, LP have an interest in Polo comprising (1) voting rights attached to shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and (2) instruments with similar economic effect to qualifying financial instruments. These interests are as follows:
