New World Oil and Gas Plc, an oil and gas exploration and development company focused on Belize and Denmark, announces that they were informed yesterday by AXA Investment Managers SA ("AXA") of the following: on 8 April 2013, due to the change of the total number of voting rights following the placing announced on 28 March 2013, the 32,838,912 ordinary shares held by AXA now represent 4.86% of the total voting rights.
