Petroceltic International plc ('Petroceltic' or the 'Company')

The Company received on 10th of April 2014 a notification from Worldview EHS International Master Fund and Worldview Special Situations Fund, stating that, following market trades made on 9th of April 2014, Worldview EHS International Master Fund and Worldview Special Situations Fund together have an interest in 21,307,526 ordinary shares which represents 12.13% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 175,778,250 ordinary shares.
