iSoft Group PLC30 August 2006 A notification from HSBC Bank plc and HSBC Holdings plc dated 30 August 2006 inrelation to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 has been received by iSOFTGroup plc ("the Company"). As a result of disposals, HSBC Bank plc and HSBC Holdings plc no longer has anotifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 10p each of the Company.
