The Company announces that it has been advised by Mr Terry Tyrell that he is interested in a total of 71,852,378 ordinary shares in the capital of SureTrack, equivalent to 9.76 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital, which includes ordinary shares held beneficially by his wife and via his SIPP provider, Alliance Trust Savings Limited.
