The Company was informed today that following the conversion of Company's Convertible Loan Notes held by Southern Rock Insurance Company Limited ("SRICL"), SRICL is interested in 53,571,429 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 9.48 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
