HOLDING IN COMPANY
The Board of TV Commerce Holdings plc (the "Company") today received notification that, as a result of an acquisition of 200,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Stockton Continental Inc. has an interest in 200,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 15.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 1,264,179,632 ordinary shares of 0.02p per share.
