Solomon Gold PLC28 March 2007 Solomon Gold Plc (the "Company") Holdings in Company In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") the Company wasinformed on 23 March 2007 by Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and FMR Corp("FMR"), that in fulfilment of their obligations to aggregate their intereststogether for the purposes of shareholder reporting pursuant to Rule 5 of theDTR, as at close of business on 21 March 2007, they were interested in a totalof 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),representing approximately 7.45 per cent. of the total issued share capital ofthe Company.
