Notice of interest
Further to the announcement made on 11 September 2009, pursuant to which the Company received notification that Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, had an indirect interest in 143,739,674 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represented 22.14% of the current voting rights of the Company ("Barclays Interest"), the Company has now received notice as follows:
Of the Barclays Interest, Robert Atwater holds 24,641,984 Ordinary Shares, and therefore has a direct interest in 3.80% of the current voting rights of the Company.
