Wren Extra Care Group plc ("Wren" or the "Company"), the AIM listed provider of retirement living, through a range of Extra Care and other services for the independent elderly, has been notified today that Mr. Sidney Cordier and Mr. Brian Wilson, acting in concert, hold in aggregate 2,416,667 ordinary shares representing 4.61% of the current issued share capital of the Company following the purchase of those shares at a price of 7 pence per share.
