ZincOx Resources PLC26 March 2007 ZincOx Resources plc "the Company" Holdings in the Company ZincOx Resources PLC ("the Company") was notified on 23 August 2007 thatFidelity International Limited (FIL) together with its direct and indirectsubsidiaries holds 2,610,900 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company,representing 5.37% of the Company's issued share capital. The number of votingrights held is also 2,610,900. In addition the Company received notification on the same date that FMR Corp(FMR) together with its direct and indirect subsidiaries holds 1,212,700ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, representing 2.49% of the Company'sissued share capital. The number of voting rights held is also 1,212,700. The interests of FIL and FMR have been disaggregated for the purposes of the EUTransparency Directive.
