Taihua Plc24 April 2007 Taihua plc ("Taihua" or the "Company") Notification of Change of Interest Taihua today confirms it has received notification of the following changes ofinterest in voting rights in the Company's share capital: Following a disposal to certain private customers, City Equities Limited nowholds 1,477,750 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").This holding now represents 1.82% of the issued Ordinary Shares in the Companyand 1.82% of the total voting rights of the Company. Following the disposal CityEquities Limited no longer holds a disclosable interest in the Company. In addition, Grand Providence Holdings Limited and Sino Straits Holdings Limitedeach disposed of 5,137,370 ordinary shares in Taihua through the market, at aprice of 12.5p per share.
