Stratex International Plc, the AIM-quoted international exploration anddevelopment company currently focusing on gold and base metal opportunities inTurkey, has been notified that Kairos Fund Ltd, following the purchase of8,250,000 ordinary shares in Stratex on 30 January 2008, now has an interest inthe voting rights over 8,250,000 ordinary shares of 1p, representingapproximately 3.52% of the issued share capital of the Company. Kairos Eurasian Fund Ltd already has an interest in the voting rights over27,400,000 ordinary shares representing 11.71% of the issued share capital ofthe Company.
