29th November 2007 No: 583 Pendragon PLC ("Pendragon")
Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 29th November 2007 that following a transaction on 28th November 2007 Lloyds TSB Group PLC has decreased its notifiable interest in Pendragon's ordinary share capital to 10,496,223 shares, representing 1.60% of the voting rights.
