The Board of Regency Mines announces that the Company has been informed that Frank Walmsley today purchased 1,867,711 ordinary shares in the Company.

Together with Mr Walmsley's existing holding and those of his family, his total current holding is of 14,672,128 ordinary shares or 3.08% of the existing share capital.
