14 December 2007 Tullett Prebon plc Holding Notification
Tullett Prebon plc ("the Company") announces that on 14 December 2007 Walbrook Trustees (Guernsey) Limited, the Trustee of the Tullett Prebon plc Employee Share Ownership Trust, acquired 3,228,084 ordinary shares of 25p each in Tullett Prebon plc.
The shares were the subject of an equity swap entered into to hedge the Company's commitments under the Tullett Liberty Equity Incentive Plan.
