On 4 November 2010, the Company was notified that, following the disposal of 64,606 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 3 November 2010, funds under the discretionary management of Laxey Partners Limited now have a direct interest in 650,294 Ordinary Shares representing 3.94% of the total voting rights in the Company. The shareholding is registered in the name of Credit Suisse Client Nominees UK Ltd.
