Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT), announces that it was informed on 26 June 2012 that Williams de Broë Limited, following an internal transfer of 19,383,333 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a discretionary account to a non-discretionary account, now has on behalf of its discretionary clients, a notifiable interest of 86,113,950 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 19.16% in the Company.
