API Group PLC07 January 2005 API Group plc Holding(s) in Company The Company was notified on 6th January that The Goldman Sachs Group Inc, andits direct and indirect subsidiaries, are now interested in a total of 1,113,000ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, representing 3.3% of the Company'sissued share capital. Of these 1,113,000 shares, 350,000 are held by Goldman Sachs & Co, awholly-owned direct subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group Inc, acting as custodianfor its customers.
