Holding(s) in Company

The Company has been notified that the Company's Employee Share Ownership Trust ('EBT') has now acquired a further 10 million ordinary shares in the Company in a number of trades at an average price of £2.40 per share. The EBT has acquired these shares for the purpose of employee share schemes and other arrangements that the trustees of the EBT may choose to satisfy by shares from time to time.

Following this transaction, the EBT is interested in 45,519,039 shares in the Company, representing approximately 4.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
