Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 18 May 2007 that following a transaction on 16 May 2007 Deutsche Bank AG has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 27,164,407 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 4.14% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
