Sanctuary Group PLC19 April 2005 Notification of Major interests in shares The Sanctuary Group plc ("the Company") 19 April 2005 The Company was notified on 18 Apr 2005 that FMR Corp and its direct andindirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and its directand indirect subsidiaries has decreased its holding to 42,643,171 ordinaryshares of 12.5p in the capital of the Company, representing 11.49% of theCompany's issued share capital.
